Description

Product Details

If you see a puddle of engine oil forming under your vehicle, the source may be a worn camshaft or crankshaft seal. These seals are critical for keeping oil contained during engine operation, ensuring proper lubrication of internal components, and protecting against leaks.

This unit features the updated PTFE seal lip design, engineered for improved durability. Unlike earlier versions, this seal does not use a spring behind the inner lip. Proper installation is essential to ensure long-lasting performance and to prevent premature failure.

Installation Tips:

  • Surfaces must be clean and completely dry
  • Do not use oil or grease on the sealing surface
  • Engine should remain off for at least 4 hours after installation to allow the PTFE sealing lip to seat properly
